What is KDN

Kids Discovery Network (KDN) is a fantastic way for children between the ages of 7-12 to to have fun during the summer and learn about Jesus. It’s also a great opportunity for parents to get their kids out of the house for 4 1/2 hours each day (Monday-Thursday) and in safe and fun environment.

We provide breakfast and lunch each day, and we keep them occupied with fun activities, music, crafts, and even a weekly field trip.

Here is a letter which goes to all interested parents which provides an overview.

Is KDN Only for Church Kids?

Nope. Although there’s certainly a faith-building component to KDN, we’ve designed it to something that anyone can participate in whether or not they go to church. We know there are lots of kids in the neighborhood around our church building who don’t go to church, and we would like to invite every one of them to be a part of KDN.

It’s Gotta Cost Something, Right?

Actually, no. There is no fee to participate in KDN. All costs associated with running it are covered by the church. We want to make this fun summer program easy for everyone to be a part of. So, it’s FREE!

When Does it Meet?

It meets Monday through Thursday, starting Monday, June 28. The last day will be Thursday, August 5.

Each day goes from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm. It meets at the church.

How Can I Register My Child/Children?

Please complete and return the following forms. They can be completed using your computer or device, or printed and filled out by hand. If using a computer, please print off the completed forms, sign them, and bring them with you on the date your child(ren) first attends.

Note: if you want to complete the forms using your computer, it works best to download them [to your desktop] then open/complete with your default PDF reader. Completing them using the browser’s built-in pdf reader is buggy.
